Product Information Analyst - Role 1

As one of our Product Information Analysts, you’ll get the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced team, while you work on a host of exciting projects for some prestigious client accounts. You will work closely with our Creative, CGI, and Digital teams, analysing complex image and data content to ensure all assets we create are product correct.
Working for Ford and other high-profile automotive clients, you’ll be responsible for verifying market-specific content is accurate and correct for delivery to over 22 countries across Europe and other global markets.

What you’ll do:
• Create and maintain task-specific vehicle data specifications for all client automotive brands, using client-sourced technical documentation and complex multi-format datasets
• Liaise with appropriate personnel to maintain a flow of information to support delivery of the data-led components of projects
• Identify and extract market- and region-specific vehicle variation data, acting as a point of contact for client and internal technical query resolution where required
• Attend client meetings to identify, define and advise product and data-led content requirements for marketing communications
• Product check all text within brochure artworks to ensure consistency with vehicle specifications and communicate with required persons to ensure their ongoing maintenance
• Liaise with relevant Art Directors to identify all image variation requirements based on the creative vision for a given brochure
• Product check CGI briefs for product correctness of vehicles and supply corrections and clarification where required
• Attend multi-stage Quality Check meetings for the purposes of ensuring marketing communication accuracy
• Upload assets to client-facing portals for approval
