Product Information Production Analyst - Detroit

As a Product Information Production Analyst, you’ll provide ongoing vehicle configuration support for our teams to enable efficient and product-accurate production of highly complex and configurable CGI assets.

About you:
You are analytically-minded and have a keen eye for detail
Experienced communicator, able to clearly explain complex information to novice users
Confident in your ability to multi-task within a fast-paced work environment
Able to work overtime as and when required (sometimes on short notice)
Able to learn and understand new processes quickly
You take professional pride in the quality and integrity of your work

Experience and Knowledge:
An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience working with the management and interpretation of large, unsorted, and complicated datasets
Experience of quality checking and/or proofreading technical documents
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Able to use own initiative to proactively solve routine problems/queries
Impeccable organization and administrative skills
Flexible and adaptable to navigate frequent change
An understanding of CAD/3D data would be advantageous

What you’ll do:
Manage the vehicle model year change list by regularly auditing multiple sources of product information to understand changes and document accurately
Proactively and confidently work with agency partners to clarify product questions and conflicting information
Perform internal quality checks on vehicle configurations and material assignments on assets
Maintain the Detroit studio physical sample library, sourcing new materials
