We have a fantastic opportunity for a “Senior Account Manager” to join our talented Client Services team, a key role acting as the primary liaison between Burrows’ main client and our internal Creative, Digital and CGI teams.

Reporting to the Account Director this role will see you work exclusively for our biggest client, Ford. The new Senior Account Manager will be pivotal in managing and developing our relationship with this key account. You will be at the centre of ensuring all work we deliver offers compelling, engaging communications and exceeds our client’s expectations.

You will ideally have several years of agency experience with a good understanding of working in a creative or digital environment. The role would be best suited to someone who is self-motivated with lots of energy too as their working environment is lively and dynamic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some agency experience who is looking for their next step up and have exposure to a leading UK brand.

• Confident in leading internal and external project teams

What you’ll do:
• Line management of 1 x Account Manager (previous management experience preferred but not essential)
• Work within a large Client Services team, advising clients on all aspects of marketing communications, from strategy to delivery
• Develop strong long-term relationships with clients through regular personal contact
• Write creative briefs and communicate to multiple internal teams
• Work with the Project Management team in the development of project timings and communicate to the client
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure work is delivered on schedule and within budget
• Manage client expectations of delivery through regular communication
• Alongside the Creative team, present creative work to clients
