Workflow Systems Administrator

We are Burrows, a specialist design and production agency for multi-market communications and CGI. With large and often complex projects, the functionality and performance of our workflow platforms is vital in delivering to our clients. Right now, we’re looking for a Workflow Systems Administrator to come on board and get involved!
Reporting to the Workflow Systems Service Delivery Manager and working with the Operations and Production teams, you’ll be the primary administrator for our workflow management system. This means we need a problem-solving, detail-obsessed, multi-tasking people person. Is that you?

About you:
• You should have at some hands-on experience implementing and maintaining digital platforms such as ERP, DAM and/or CMS systems, or have worked on digital projects or within software development
• You’ll have experience in supporting workflows within a large team environment, and be familiar with Agile and Scrum methodology
• Highly organised with an eye for detail, you can work within structured processes and ‘path-find’ when structure does not yet exist
• You’ll have previously worked with multiple teams and stakeholders
• You’re calm under pressure, a good multi-tasker, and can manage your time effectively
• A fast learner, you can quickly apply and share new knowledge and techniques
• You should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (ideally in computing, information management or similar)
• You’ll need to be happy to work overtime at short notice
• Agency experience would be a plus

What you’ll do:
• Assist the Workflow Systems Service Delivery Manager in supporting our core workflow platforms, both internal and client facing
• Act as primary system administrator for the workflow management system, including creating and maintaining user guides
• Work with teams throughout the business to resolve ticket issues, identify maintenance tasks and gather recommendations for improvement
• Ensure trainers are kept up to date with new enhancements, workflows, functionality and bug fixes
• Play a key role in ensuring the robust testing of releases before going live
• Produce quarterly and yearly release forecasts across the systems to enable budget forecasting
• Be the system evangelist and champion, providing bulletins for internal and external customers as well as content for pitches, tenders and RFPs
